Privacy Policy
How this portfolio handles visitor information, optional analytics, cookies, and your choices.
1. Overview
This policy applies to iqballokman.my.id and explains how Iqbal Harith Lokman handles information when you browse the portfolio, use its optional features, or contact the site owner. This site is a personal portfolio, not an online store or advertising platform.
2. Information that may be processed
Most pages can be viewed without creating an account. Depending on how you use the site, the following information may be processed:
- Technical information needed to deliver the site, such as browser, device, IP-related network information, and request logs handled by hosting or service providers.
- Your name, profile image, message, authentication-provider identity, timestamps, and reactions if you choose to sign in and post to the Guestbook.
- Information you voluntarily send through an email link or other direct contact channel.
- Anonymous page-level interaction information from Microsoft Clarity, including when Analytics cookies are rejected; and Google Analytics usage information only when you allow the Analytics preference.
3. Cookies, local storage, and preferences
The site stores necessary preferences, such as your cookie choice and display settings, in your browser. Optional categories are Functional, Analytics, and Marketing. Marketing tools are not active on this site today. You can choose your preference below. Rejecting Analytics prevents Google Analytics and cookie-based Clarity sessions, but does not stop Clarity's limited anonymous, cookieless page-level insights described below.

Cookie preferences
Analytics is currently rejected. Functional and marketing preferences are saved for future tools; no marketing tool is active today.
4. Google Analytics
If you allow Analytics, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general use of pages and projects. It may measure page views, scroll depth, outbound-link clicks, downloads, approximate location, and browser/device information. Analytics is configured without advertising storage, ad-user-data sharing, ad personalisation, or Google Signals.
Google Analytics may use the first-party _ga cookie after consent. You can reject Analytics at any time above; the site then disables measurement and removes the related cookies it can control. Google explains its Analytics data controls and privacy disclosures in its privacy controls and disclosure policy.
5. Microsoft Clarity
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the portfolio through aggregate heatmaps and session recordings. This can include page navigation, clicks, scrolling, browser and device information, and the visual layout of a page while it is used. It helps identify unclear interactions and improve the portfolio experience.
Before you choose a preference—or if you reject Analytics—Clarity runs in a limited cookieless mode. It does not set first- or third-party Clarity cookies and does not persist a visitor across pages or sessions. If you allow Analytics, Clarity can use cookies for fuller session-based insights, while Google Analytics 4 also loads. Form inputs and dropdowns are masked by Clarity by default; the site does not intentionally send message, sign-in, or other form-entry content to Clarity. You can change your Analytics preference above at any time. More information is available in Microsoft's Clarity data collection documentation and Consent API V2 guide.
6. Why information is used
Information is used to operate, secure, improve, and understand the portfolio; publish and moderate Guestbook content; respond to direct enquiries; and investigate misuse. The site does not sell personal information or use it for personalised advertising.
7. Service providers and sharing
The portfolio uses selected service providers for hosting, content delivery and management, authentication, and—only with consent—analytics provided by Google and Microsoft. These providers may process limited technical or account information necessary to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the site, its visitors, or the site owner.
8. Retention and your choices
Browser preferences remain until you change them or clear browser storage. Public Guestbook content remains visible until it is removed or moderated. You may ask to access, correct, or remove personal information that you provided by contacting the site owner through the available contact details. Requests are assessed in line with applicable obligations and practical verification requirements.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may change when the site or its services change. The latest version will always be published here with its updated date. For questions about this policy, use the contact details provided on the homepage. You can also review the site Terms & Conditions.
